At the core of this installation is the Aqara S1 Panel. This sleek, wall-mounted panel offers the residents a centralised point of control, managing lighting, climate, and security with just a few taps.

Connectivity That Matters
Behind the scenes, the Aqara M3 Hub ensures everything runs smoothly. It bridges all devices, keeping them connected and responsive — from blinds to locks.

Intelligent Window Coverings
Natural light is key in this apartment, and we enhanced it with motorised Roller Blinds on all the façade windows. These blinds can be operated manually or automated to adjust based on time of day, weather, or occupancy. They add a touch of luxury and practical energy efficiency.

Outdoor Comfort
The apartment features a stylish retractable awning, connected to an Aqara Dual Relay. This allows residents to extend or retract the awning effortlessly, either via the S1 Panel or remotely on their smartphone.

Security Meets Convenience
Security is a top priority in any smart home. We installed the Aqara U200 Smart Lock, offering keyless entry with advanced security features. Residents can unlock the door via smartphone, PIN code, or fingerprint — a modern take on peace of mind.

Automations Tailored to Lifestyle
We didn’t stop at hardware. Our team set up a range of smart automations to match the client’s lifestyle:

• Remote control of air conditioners, keeping the apartment comfortable even before the residents arrive.

• Automatic control of the roller blinds, adjusting based on the sun’s position or the time of day.

• Integration with other smart devices, ensuring everything works in harmony.

Bonus: Freshness, Reinvented with Shelfy
As a bonus, we added Shelfy to the client’s fridge. This compact device keeps the fridge fresher for longer by neutralising odours and extending the life of food. It’s small, discreet, and fits perfectly into any modern kitchen. Shelfy is a testament to how smart technology can elevate not just comfort, but also health and sustainability.
